Ryall was born and raised in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada.  She was the first of two daughters and was raised in a loving family.  At a young age she participated in gymnastics, soccer & volleyball.  She bungy jumped at the age of 13, sang in a band and was the president of her graduating class.

Upon graduating high school, she attended a college for two years in Alberta studying science, she then attended a technical school for Dental Assisting and later moved to the eastern coast of Canada to study Dental Hygiene at Dalhousie University.  Ryall enjoyed the challenges that living in new cities brought forth; never staying in one place for too long.  During this time she became a regular at the gym, ran two half-marathons and was officially stamped a health and fitness enthusiast.

She moved back to Alberta to start her career in Dental hygiene.  Over the next three years Ryall worked full-time as a Dental Hygienist, focussed on reaching new levels at the gym, traveled through South East Asia, India, Europe and Mexico and completed a medical esthetics program with the AEI in California. She moved to Bermuda in 2006 to leave the snow behind and fulfill her desire to live on a tropical island.

In 2007, she competed in the National Bermuda Bodybuilding and Fitness Championship, placing first and winning the overall in Fitness.  She then went on to compete in the Central America and Caribbean Body Building and Fitness Championships where she placed first and won the overall Fitness,
qualifying for her IFBB professional status.

Ryall actively competes in the IFFB Professional league, and trains athletes for competition.  She works with Adela Garcia and choreographer Renzo Coste.  She is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and is currently completing a certification in sports nutrition.
